As part of the Coin Shop Acceptable Use Policy, you agree not to use the information, services or any other part of the Coin Shop Platform to take any action or actions that:

1. conflict with the public image, goodwill or reputation of Coin Shop.

2. promote any illegal activity or content, including but not limited to child or animal abuse, violence, illegal drug use and underage drinking.

3. infringe upon our or other companies’ copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy.

4. do not share, expressly or impliedly, any of your data, activities or causes that we have approved, without our prior written consent in each case.

5. violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation of the country, or encourage any conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.

6. Defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, invasive of privacy, abusive, tortious, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or obscene.

7. Transmit any trade secret or other non-public information or information about any person, company or entity without permission.

8. Restrict or inhibit any other visitor from using the Coin Shop Platform, including, without limitation, by “hacking” or defacing any portion of the Coin Shop Platform or modifying, altering, sublicensing, translating, selling, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the Coin Shop Platform.

9. Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained on the Coin Shop Platform.

10. Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign or otherwise transfer any rights under the Terms to any third party, or otherwise commercially exploit or profit from the information or content of the Coin Shop Platform, or any portion thereof, in any manner, except as expressly permitted herein.

11. “Print” or “copy” any part of the Coin Shop Platform without our prior written permission.

12. Distribute any virus, worm, or other similar or harmful files, scripts, or programs.

13. Interfere with or disrupt any services or equipment with the intent to cause an excessive or disproportionate load on the infrastructure of Coin Shop or its licensors or suppliers.

14. Involve the preparation or distribution of junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other unsolicited or mass commercial email, or otherwise violate the Anti-Pornography and Unauthorized Marketing Act (CANSPAM Act 2003) or its equivalent, applicable, foreign law.

15. Use any robot, web, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve or index the “data store” of the Coin Shop Platform or to reproduce or circumvent in any way the navigational structure or presentation of the Coin Shop Platform or the contents, authentication and security measures.

16. Forge headers or identities or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any transmission.

17. Perform any form of network surveillance or operate a network analyzer, packet search or other technology to intercept, decipher, extract or display any packets used to communicate between the Coin Shop servers of the Platform or any data not intended for you, image. Harvest or collect information about any visitors or members of the Coin Shop Platform without their express consent; and/or

18. Contain any reference to or resemblance to any specific third parties, unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals and their parent/legal guardian if they are under the age of majority under the law of the State.
